    Central Valais on the right side of the valley.
  • Wine variety
    Marsanne blanche, a plant originating from the Tain-L’Hermitage region, to the south of Lyon. Marsanne blanche produces a wine often marketed in Valais under the name of Ermitage.
  • Taste
    A highly ripe nose with aromas of exotic fruits. Its taste can be described as an Ermitage type; well-balanced between acidity and a certain roundness of fruit. The vintage is of a contrast which the tongue can soon detect : sweetness mixed with an exquis
  • Gastronomy
    «Hurlevent» Marsanne blanche, is a mellow and creamy wine with aromas of larch, wild raspberries, and banana, and makes the perfect aperitif. It is an excellent accompaniment for foie gras, pâtés, poultry served with cream, baked fish, fresh nuts as well
  • We recommend
    we recommend it to be served at a temperature of between 8°C and 10°C.An excellent wine for storage.
