Our Cornalin has, at the same time, a fine and wild character, its intense contents are blessed with an aroma of ripe cherries. It instigates great enthusiasm amongst connoisseurs.
To the delight of wine lovers, this wine has been saved from complete oblivion by just a few growers. It goes very well with partridge and roasted guinea fowl, quail, pigeon, all game birds and local cheeses.
For this wine which gains in quality with age, we recommend you to serve it at a temperature of between 16°C and 20°C.
