    Dôle is considered as the daughter of Valais. It is without doubt the most well known and the most famous red wine in Switzerland. The name Dôle is typically and exclusively reserved for Valais. Dôle is the Valaisan AOC wine, derived from pure Pinot noir

    Our Salquenen Dôle is best served young, though it deserves two or three years maturation. This vintage surprises consumers with its brilliant robe and its subtle, fruity bouquet. It is very balanced on the palette, providing a full, supple and distinguis

    This Dôle accompanies a banquet in a most dignified manner as well as being equally adaptable to simple meals. It is excellent with a variety of white and red meats, game, poultry and cheese. Red wine enthusiasts appreciate it unaccompanied.
  • We recommend
    it to be served at a temperature of between 16°C and 20°C.
